Our Victorian Home is a 2 minute walk from the beach and esplanade and has six spacious rooms, most en-suite, some with sea views.

Within a short distance from us there are many attractions to be visited, some you can walk to, others can be reached by local buses, taxes, or by your car. The award winning X53 bus travels along the Jurassic Coast from Exeter to Bournemouth and can be caught from the sea front, a short 2 minute walk away.

To the front of the house are the Jubilee Gardens with its landmark clock tower, Seaton Bowling Club, Seaton Putting Green and two Tennis Courts.

The accommodation comprises of 2 family rooms, 2 double rooms, a twin room and a single room.

All of our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, plus many more items to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

We offer you a full English, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast; we can cater for most special dietary requirements with a little notice.

Room One: A double room with a shower room en-suite which is situated on the first floor of the house facing the Axe Valley.

Room Two: A spacious twin Room with high ceilings. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over. Situated on the first floor of the house facing the Axe Valley.

Room Three: A very spacious family room with high ceilings. It has the original unique Victorian cornices and central ceiling rose decoration.

This room has a double bed and a further two single beds if necessary, making accommodation for up to four people.

This room has a en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath.

Room Four: A single room situated on the first floor having a sea view. This Room has the use of the shared family bathroom.

Room Five: A double room with a king size bed and bathroom en-suite, situated on the second floor having a clear view of the Axe Valley.

Room Six: A family room with a bath and shower over en-suite, situated on the second floor, having panoramic sea views stretching from the Axe Cliff to Bear Head. This room has a double bed plus a single bed and can accommodate up to three people.

Polite and well behaved children aged 5 and above are welcome to stay, being supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

All local bus services including the famous X53 Jurassic Coast Bus leave and arrive from Marine Parade, a short walk away on the sea front.

Room prices are inclusive of breakfast.

We have private parking for three vehicles on our premises.

We are a non smoking establishment, and we are sorry but we do not take pets.
