This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding areas.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with en suite shower room, kitchen diner and lounge with the addition of a further single bedroom available at a supplement.

The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

For those of you who are looking for an active holiday we are able to provide secure storage for bikes, surfboards etc and an outside tap is available.

The Double Bedroom has views of the sea and Axe valley with 4′ 6″ bed and en suite shower room.

The Single Bedroom, with 3' bed and en suite shower room is available at an additional charge when hired with the annexe.

The Lounge is comfortably furnished and has TV and DVD player.

The patio doors lead to the garden with stunning views over the Axe Valley. The garden and patio with garden table and chairs are for guests use.

The Kitchen Diner is fully equipped with Smeg dual oven, combination microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment.

Additional Facilities - Bed linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels), iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen dish cloths, t-towels, washing-up-liquid and other cleaning materials are provided. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available by arrangement at no extra cost.

A cool box and cool bag rucksack with picnic set for two is available for your use together with a windbreak and rush mats for the beach.

From Southland Cottage the walk to the town and beach is approximately 10 minutes, while the pretty fishing village of Beer can be reached following a pleasant 25 minute walk along the stunning cliff footpath.
