Beaumont is a elegant Victorian guest house in an unrivalled location in the seaside town of Seaton.

Beaumont is on the sea front, in an elevated position just yards from the beach, close to the shops, restaurants and to all of the leisure and sporting facilities offered by the town.

The Seaton terminus of Seaton Tramways, where guests can ride on one of the open top narrow gauge heritage trams which travel between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton is a short walk away.

There is a choice of five bedrooms all of which are en-suite, warm, comfortably furnished and complete with remote control colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits, hair driers and toiletries in each bedroom.

All rooms are spacious, airy, and tastefully decorated with the first floor rooms having outstanding views over Lyme Bay and the cliffs of Beer.

One of our bedrooms is on the ground floor.

Our guests will enjoy a delicious breakfast, from a choice of either traditional or vegetarian, served cooked to order, using fresh local produce.

Cars can safely be parked off road outside the guesthouse in our large private drive.

Children are welcome.

Small dogs by prior arrangement only.
