Harbour Retreat is on the second floor of a landmark Edwardian house, overlooking the historic Axe harbour entrance.
Its airy rooms have uninterrupted views over estuary, beach, cliffs and the open sea. It is planned to ensure peace and relaxation and is a perfect base for exploring the Devon and Dorset coastline and countryside. At the same time it is a level five minute walk from the seaside town of Seaton.
This apartment is privately let, and does not appear in any agency brochures.
All linen and towels, utilities and heating are inclusive, and the apartment has its own parking space on the premises. There is a private entrance and a well planned hallway separates the rooms.
The sitting room has soft, Italian leather seating and variable lighting. There is a TV, CD and DVD corner and a wonderful window seat with harbour side and estuary views. The apartment is equipped for dining in style with friends.
The modern, spacious kitchen overlooks the harbour and cliffs and is fully equipped, including dishwasher and freezer. The shower room has recently been remodelled, offering a modern shower enclosure, basin, lavatory, heated towel rail and luxury towels."
French style furnishing, creative lighting and a bespoke four poster king size bed make a romantic and relaxing bedroom with views of the beach and cliffs at Beer Head.
