Sandpiper is an ideal retreat for a couple in the peaceful Victorian town of Seaton.
Visit Britain have Awarded Sandpiper 4 Stars for the 2008 Season.
It is a one bedroom bungalow with a double bed that sleeps two. Sandpiper has been decorated to a high standard and hopefully a ‘home from home’ feel about it.
The sitting room that has delightful views overlooking the Axe valley to the hills on the far side it is comfortably furnished and has a television with DVD/video player, and cd/radio.
The bedroom has a door that leads to the garden and sitting area
The bathroom is fitted with a bath which has a shower above, lavatory and hand basin
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and the usual kitchen equipment you would need to make your stay a pleasant experience.
The garden to the back has a lawned area and a small decking area with seats and table and views across the Axe Valley to hills beyond
Cars can be parked off road in the drive of the bungalow.
We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and try to accommodate everyone’s wishes. It is suitable for couples of all ages, but unfortunately not children or pets. Please no smoking in the bungalow.
Colour TV. Microwave, fridge, cooker, all double glazed windows, fully fitted kitchen, bed linen, duvets and kitchen towels included in price, personal towels are not included. Electric and gas are included in price. A welcome pack of fresh farm eggs, milk and bread for your arrival (free of charge) will be in the refrigerator.
Saturday to Saturday bookings. If you could please be out of the bungalow by 11.00 am. Newcomers to arrive not before 2.00 pm please.
Seaton and surrounding areas boast of many attractions, bird sanctuary, bird watching, fishing, cycling, horse riding and a golf course. The other attraction to golfers is the Nigel Mansell golf course is just a few miles away. The many beautiful countryside walks, the seaside, quant little shops and of course the very famous Devon Cream Teas!!! Seaton also is the home of the Axe Valley Tramway providing a relaxing 5-6 mile tram ride to Colyton and back. Lyme Regis is not too far away and the lovely town of Sidmouth is about 6 miles away.
