Wellfield House is a lovely detached property standing in its own grounds in a quiet residential area of Seaton.
We offer two luxuriously appointed rooms.
A double en-suite bedroom with wonderful sea-views.
And our second double room with a balcony giving stunning views over the bay. This room has a washbasin and a private bathroom.
All the bedrooms are sunny,bright and decorated to a high standard.
They have LCD TV’s, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast can be either in the elegant dining room over looking the garden or al fresco on the terrace.
Local and fresh produce is used whenever possible.
The Reception Hallway offers comfortable chairs where guests may feel free to relax and browse through books and magazines.
French doors lead out to the guests’ own private garden. Our aim is to make sure that you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
The Victorian town of Seaton is within 10 minutes walk, along with the beach and coastal path.
There is an esplanade which stretches along the pebble beach to the quaint Axmouth Harbour.
Seaton has a good variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes to suit all tastes.
The lovely picturesque fishing village of Beer can be reached in 15 minutes walk.

On the Exeter to Lyme Regis road A3052, turn at the BP Service Station into Seaton Down Hill. Turn right into Bunt’s Lane, Wellfield House is on the right hand side just before Durley Rd.

Wellfield House is a non smoking establishment unfortunately we do not have the facilities for children.
