Holmleigh House in the picturesque seaside town of Seaton, is ideally situated opposite the lovely award winning Jubilee Flower Gardens, with putting green, bowling club and children’s play area. Just a few minutes walk from the sea front, shops, restaurants and pubs. A very warm welcome awaits you.

Holmleigh House has three spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped guest rooms including a large family room, sleeping between 2 - 4 people, with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. a double room with king size bed and sink in room, with a private bathroom, and a twin room, with en-suite shower room.

All rooms have a colour TV with DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, complementary biscuits, toiletries, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and for those guests wanting to keep in touch with home or work there is wireless internet access . Guests can borrow DVD’s from the free DVD library.

There is a large, elegant guest lounge, with newspapers, magazines, books and games which guests can use at any time.

The Breakfast

Breakfast can be arranged at a time to suit the guest, (within reason) a typical menu consists of a large choice of cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurts and croissants, with local or home made jams and honey, followed by a cooked breakfast, including sausages, bacon, free range eggs, fried bread, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Guests can choose from the substantial full English breakfast or enjoy something lighter. Smoked salmon with scrambled egg with a bagel, is a Holmleigh favourite. Vegetarian sausages and other options are available and most diets are catered for. Most ingredients are locally sourced, and whenever possible organic.

Groups

Groups are welcome,particularly family groups who will have the use of the house, groups of up to ten can be catered for.

Children

Children welcome, activity bags provided at breakfast, toy box and beach toys available to borrow during your stay. Early evening meal for children can be provided.

Cyclists and Walkers

Cyclists and walkers welcome, a secure lock up for bikes is available. Laundry service available for a small charge. Luggage transfer can also be arranged.

Rates

Low season (November - March) rates available with special discounts for bookings of three nights or more. Open all year including New Year (for two or more night breaks). Closed 24th - 28th December.

No pets and no smoking
