Wellfield House

Wellfield House is a lovely detached property standing in its own grounds
in a quiet residential area of Seaton.

We offer 3 High quality and comfortable rooms.

The first is a De-Lux double en-suite with king size bed & wonderful sea views.

The second is a standard double en-suite with rear garden & woodland views.

The third is a double room with a balcony giving stunning views over the bay. This room has a washbasin and a private bathroom.

All the bedrooms are sunny,bright and decorated to a high standard with new very comfortable beds.

They have LCD TV’s, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast can be either in the elegant dining room over looking the garden or al fresco on the terrace.

Free range, local and fresh produce is used whenever possible.

Vegetarians can be catered for by prior arrangement.

The Reception Hallway offers comfortable chairs where guests may feel free to relax and browse through books and magazines.

French doors lead out to the guests’ own private garden. Our aim is to make sure that you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Off road Parking available/Wi-Fi Access.

The Victorian town of Seaton is within 10 to 15 minutes walk, along with the beach and coastal path.

There is an esplanade which stretches along the pebble beach to the quaint Axmouth Harbour.

Seaton has a variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes to suit all tastes.

The lovely picturesque fishing village of Beer can be reached in 15 to 25 minutes walk.

The Jurassic Coast, Coastlinx 53 bus service stops close by and collection can be arranged either from there or the train station.The bus service is an excellent way to explore this wonderful coastline especially if you have a free bus pass!

Directions to Wellfield House:-

On the Exeter to Lyme Regis road A3052, turn at the Esso Service Station into Seaton Down Hill. Turn right into Bunt’s Lane, Wellfield House is on the right hand side just before Durley Rd.

Low season rates available (November to March) with special discounts for stays of 3 or more nights with an option of an evening meal during the winter months.

Wellfield House is a non smoking establishment, unfortunately we do not have the facilities for children.
