The Jurassic Coast of East Devon and Dorset have become an attraction for those who enjoy outdoor activities whether on land or on the sea.
A combination of stunning coastline and inland areas of outstanding natural beauty has made the Jurassic Coast one of the most popular leisure activity areas of the South West.

Along the coast at Lyme Regis and Charmouth the beaches are a rich source of fossils which have been buried in the cliffs for millions of years before being exposed by landslips and storms.
Seaton Tennis Club offers six floodlit tennis courts; three synthetic and three tarmac. The club is large and friendly, with new members made to feel very welcome.
Whether you are a tennis beginner or an improver, members can take advantage of free coaching and have access to all of the club's facilities including changing rooms, kitchen and the bar.

Besides the Grizzly, the Axe Valley Runners organise three other events, The Midsummer Dream Footpath Marathon and Pub Run in June, Seaton Half Marathon in September and the Colyton 10k in November.
Axe Cliff Golf Course on top of Haven Cliff is an 18 hole, Par 70, 5969 yards challenging course, very hilly with many blind holes, plenty of narrow fairways, testing greens which are closely guarded by a clutch of large, unforgiving bunkers and some thick rough to avoid.
