Holmleigh House is an elegant Victorian three storey property comprising with three stylish well equipped guest bedrooms all with en–suite facilities.

It is our aim to give you a warm, home from home welcome.
All our sumptuous rooms are equipped with remote control colour TV and DVD players, with free use of the DVD library. Wireless internet access, hair dryers, complementary bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities, are in all rooms. Magazines and books are also available for your enjoyment. There is an iron and ironing board which guests can use on request.
Each room is spacious, beautifully and individually decorated. Digital TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, dressing gowns and complementary toiletries, towels and flannels. WiFi Mini fridges with fresh milk. All with top quality beds to guarantee you a good nights sleep.
All bedding is quality Egyptian cotton with anti allergy pillows.
The Front Room
This lovely large comfortable guest bedroom with armchairs and a very comfortable double bed looks out over the pretty gardens and bowling green. The luxuriously spacious bathroom has a large bath and shower.
A travel cot, single bed and put u up bed are also available for the front room.
The Fireplace Room
The Fireplace room is a lovely warm and peaceful space decorated in warm brown and beige. The majestic king size bed will offer comfort, and hopefully a good nights sleep. This is a romantic room, with an en-suite shower room, with spacious shower.
The Pink Room
The Pink room has twin zip and link single beds that can be put together to make a six foot king size bed, the new en suite shower room is fitted to a high standard.
Overlooking the rooftops of Seaton and surrounding cliffs as well as the pretty terrace below.
Guests can relax in the lounge, where there is a large selection of books, magazines and games. In the winter months enjoy the roaring log fire.

Guests can enjoy a delicious made to order breakfast, from a choice of either traditional or vegetarian ingredients. Whenever possible produce is locally sourced and free range. (other than the baked beans which are Heinz. because they seem to be the best!). Home made marmalade and jams, made from locally grown fruit.
Home made bread often available. Yoghurts, home made muslie, a variety of cereals and fresh fruit will make a good start to your breakfast. Specials such as salmon and scrambled egg or egg benedict are available. Fresh fruit and flowers are on all tables.
Whether it is a full English breakfast or a lighter choice, all can be enjoyed in the sunny dining room at a time to suit you, usually up until 9:30 am. Let us know beforehand of any special requirements so that your visit can be really enjoyed.
Seaton is an ideal location for walkers. Holmleigh House is almost on the South West coastal path for further information about walking the south west coastal path, so we make an ideal location to take an overnight break. Luggage transfers can be arranged.
Cyclists too will enjoy exploring the unique scenery in and around Seaton. Holmleigh House offers a secure lock up for bikes (contact to request details)
Seaton has excellent X53 local bus services, the bus stop is a few minutes walk from Holmleigh House, should you wish to have a car free holiday. This excellent, reasonably priced service takes you through pretty country side, stopping at Lyme Regis, Bridport, Weymouth, Wareham, Poole and Bournemouth. The service will also take you to Exeter.
