Harbour and Sea Views
In a private quayside road, Rosie’s Cottage is in a prime position with harbour views outside of the front door. From the balcony, through the windows or walking down the quay you will be able to take in the harbourside life first hand. A very short walk to the harbour mouth leads onto East beach under the Haven Cliffs. Walk accross the old concrete bridge through the Axe Yacht Club and you will be on the eastern end of the Esplanade.
Once on the Esplanade you are on the main beach and a flat level walk half way along the Esplanade will take you to the Seaton Town centre with its shops, bars and facillities.
Rather than cross the bridge you can choose to tun right and walk alongside the Estuary. This will take you into the small village of Axmouth and its two historic pubs the Harbour Inn and the Ship both of which serve excellent meals.
